- Develop and maintain strong customer relations through personal visits and other means Determine and analyze customer needs and offer products and pricing to fulfill them while meeting revenue and profit goals Make phone calls and in person presentations to customers and potential customers Scout and develop new customers and new opportunities Expedite the resolution of customer problems/complaints Evaluate performance results Interface with internal groups to ensure that customers are satisfied Provide management with weekly reports Record information on competitive products, applications, markets, etc.
- Bachelor degree Understand basic chemistry Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively and closely with customers Ability to very quickly learn new technologies and understand what products we can offer. Self-motivated and results driven personality
