How To Request a Return & Refund For Your Order
- If you would like to request a refund, please call us at (888) 329-8990 or email us at sales@tygersci.com explaining why you are requesting a refund.
- Eligibility for returns. The following reasons will be considered when requesting a refund: Product arrived damaged, Product was expired, Product quality was not as expected, Product did not match description, Product does not fit, Customer ordered the wrong item, Customer received the wrong item.
- Product conditions we allow for return include:
- New – This can include unopened products in original packaging, and products that have never been used.
- Used – This can include products that are lightly used or opened.
- When contacting us, if you are not immediately connected with one of our team members, please leave a detailed message and include your purchase order date, product purchased, full name, phone number, and best email to reach you. Upon receiving your refund request, we will notify you by phone and email within 1-2 business days on the status of your refund request.
- If your return is approved, you will have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date it was delivered to you, to return your item to Tyger Scientific. During certain Holiday seasons we provide customers an extended return window. If you place an order between 11/01/21 and 12/25/21, you will have until 01/31/22 to return your product.
- Customers will be responsible for any pay all Actual cost of return shipping. This applies for any defective product returns as well as customer remorse returns.
- Defective products (This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way).
- For customer remorse (This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or they no longer want the item).
- There is no restocking fee.
- If your return is approved, we will notify you by email and initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 15-30 days from the date your return is approved, depending on your original payment method used. Currency that applies to this policy: USD
- Tyger Scientific will provide you with a downloadable return label.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Customer can return products in store at our office in Ewing Township, NJ, or by mail.
